Description :
He was born in a simple farmer family in Caotun of Nantou.．He loved reading poetry and prose since early age; especially he liked the study of
folklore artifacts. As he is off from office he works in the farm to experience rural traditional culture.．He has devoted himself to cultural work, including the
research, recording and promotion of Taiwan history and culture.．He was the Chief Director of Taiwan Archive Commission. During the terms he enhanced
more than 20 projects about the " construction of 5 Archive Halls of Taiwan Historical and Cultural Site " and advocated the establishment of local groups for
historical and cultural items to prosper the work about Taiwan history and culture. He was the Vice Director of Taiwan Sing Sheng News on which he
encouraged the writing of Taiwan poetry.．He is acting counselor of Taiwan Provincial Government and works concurrently as a professor in Feng Chia
University and Local Culture Institute of Tainan Normal College.．He was a winner of Jhonsing Literature and Art Special Contribution Prize and his Name
